Because all Jamie Ann Studio products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once your files are delivered, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please review all listing details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions prior to checkout, I’m always happy to help!

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using the website jamieannstudio.com ("Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

  1. Products and delivery
  • All sales on this Site are for digital products only (digital downloads, files, patterns, templates, or other electronic content). No physical goods are sold unless specifically stated.
  • Digital products are delivered electronically. Delivery timelines, if any, will be shown at checkout or in the download confirmation email.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the proper hardware, software, and internet access to download and use digital products.
  1. No returns, refunds, or exchanges — All sales final
  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for digital product purchases except where required by applicable law.
  • By purchasing a digital product you acknowledge and accept that downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  1. Payment
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is charged at the time of purchase.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all charges associated with your order. We use third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
  1. User accounts
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use unless caused by our gross negligence.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to downloads or the Site.
  1. Limitation of liability
  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAMIE ANN STUDIO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR DIGITAL PRODUCTS.
  • OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE DIGITAL PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
